Kettl Studio Chef Series with Victoria Blamey
We are excited to announce that Chef Victoria Blamey will be the next resident in our Kettl Studio Chef Series. Chef Blamey will be joining Kettl founder Zach Mangan on Tuesday, April 29th for 2 private seatings, each limited to just 12 guests, for a 5-course tasting menu developed alongside tea pairings from both Kettl's catalog and Zach's private collection. This seasonal experience celebrates Spring and will feature offerings from our 2025 Spring collection.
Victoria Blamey is the executive chef of Blanca, a celebrated 12-seat tasting menu restaurant in Brooklyn, ranked #2 on The New York Times’ 100 Best Restaurants in NYC (2024). Originally from Santiago, Chile, she honed her craft in world-renowned kitchens across Europe, Australia, and the U.S., working at Mugaritz, Atera, Corton, and more. In New York, she led acclaimed restaurants like Chumley’s, Gotham Bar & Grill, and Mena, earning stellar reviews along the way. At Blanca, her 12-course menu reflects both her Chilean heritage and a bold, experimental approach to fine dining.
The first seating will be held at 5:30 pm.
The second seating will be held at 8:30 pm.
This dinner features a pre fixe menu. We are unable to accommodate substitution or allergy requests.
This is a Brooklyn based event, held at our private Kettl Studio space in Greenpoint. Location details will be sent in advance.
